Hey Chicks,
Just a quick one today to share with you my Monday Menu so you can see how I got in my 5-10 today!
Breakfast – my yummy green eggs that I shared with you in the breakfast post (3 servings)
Snack – 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup mixed berries, sprinkle of pecans (2 servings)
Lunch – mahi mahi with mango salsa and 1 cup of broccoli (2 servings)
Snack – yogurt with chia seeds, cocoa and a banana (1 serving)
Dinner – omelet with tomatoes, 1/3 avocado, spinach and goat cheese (3 servings)
