Hey Chicks!!
Happy Tuesday!
I got a new computer today which I am totally loving. I can’t believe I went so many years as a PC user – I heart my mac!
Can’t really tell you exactly what I ate today. We are starting to move tomorrow, so I spent most of today cleaning the new place (and playing with my new computer…lol) So my eats consisted of some nuts, couple cans of smoked oysters (i am addicted to those things!), too many cups of tea, a green smoothie (delish, but a little too sweet), chicken legs, grape tomatoes, an apple with almond butter. Think that’s it. I could still eat – but I am not going to. My body can eat my fat butt instead!

a pedometer is a must-have piece of equipment for any FIT CHICK!
Yesterday I got 12000 steps in. I work as a server, so that’s a pretty typical day. Plus I worked out yesterday. My day off today I only got in 4700, even though i was busy all day. It’s hard work getting in those steps – that’s why it’s great to have a pedometer to know where you are at. I bet most Chicks think you are walking more than you actually are.
