We know you all KNOW to drink lots of water, but do you know why? Drinking enough fluids throughout the day will produce the following fab benefits:
It can reduce hunger by keeping you feeling fuller
It hydrates your skin and gives you a healthy glow
It helps keep you regular
It increases your energy
It’s needed for all bodily functions, you pretty much die without it!
Aim for at least 2 litres a day – more on days that you workout.
