Nutrition 101 – Drink More Water

Hey Chicks!!

We know you all KNOW to drink lots of water, but do you know why? Drinking enough fluids throughout the day will produce the following fab benefits:

It can reduce hunger by keeping you glass-of-waterfeeling fuller

It hydrates your skin and gives you a healthy glow

It helps keep you regular

It increases your energy

It’s needed for all bodily functions, you pretty much die without it!

Aim for at least 2 litres a day – more on days that you workout.
