October 2012 CHICK OF THE MONTH
It is officially fall and most of fierce, FUN & fab bootcamps are heading indoors on Oct 1 – yay! Let’s say sianora to September by celebrating an awesome weightloss success story from one of our Ontario chicks, Cindy from our Oshawa Bootcamp.
- Cindy is a sassy, sexy mama chick who has used has used her fierce commitment and new love of fitness to push herself to healthy places she didn’t think she could go . Check out Cindy’s story below to see how she is living (and loving!) la vida FIT CHICK!).
1. What made you decide to join a bootcamp program?
I joined FIT CHICKS as I really liked the idea of being outside to workout. I also like bootcamp style workouts so I thought I would try it out!
2. How has living la vida FIT CHICKS helped you in reaching your goals?
What I found has really helped me reach my goals was having a great Chick Sergeant Julia that pushes me to my limits and beyond what I thought was possible.
3. What is your fave signature FIT CHICKS workout? Which exercises do you love to hate?
The workout I love to hate the most is tabatas is tabatas (20 sec on, 10 sec off – repeat 8 times). In terms of exercises, using the hill is my fave 🙂
4. What have your results been like since starting sweating up a storm “chick style”?
Since I joining bootcamp I have lost 60lbs and 12 inches off my body. I can tell that I’m starting to get a 6 pack and I’m always feeling the burn the next day.
5. In your own words, how would you describe your bootcamp?
I would def recommend FIT CHICKS to anyone looking for a great workout and to lose weight & inches!
