FITNESS FRIDAY – Fab Abs Challenge

FAB ABS CHALLENGE
All y’all want FAB abs right, I mean who doesn’t want a nice tight tummy and strong back and core?!

This weeks challenge is all about strengthening the entire core area from the front to the back as we add in a plank variation that is tops on my list of strength builders for the the mid-section – Around the World Planks!

For the challenge here is what I want you to do:

1. Watch the FIT CHICKS video for Around the World Planks to be sure you have the technique down to a science.

2. Clear some space inside or outside that will give you enough room to complete the move but will also be comfy for your elbows and knees as level one options you can take it down there.

3. The Challenge is this:

  1. Do this move every single time there is a commercial break on TV for one of our favorite shows each day over the weekend.
  2. Not indoors on this sunny weekend – no problem – complete this move 5 times throughout each day of the weekend for 2 minutes at a time.
  3. Rest when you need to but always go back up and keep pushing yourself to reach the full 2 minutes or entire commercial breaks

You tummy will be on fire but trust me if you want fab abs this is the key to getting there.
