Hey Chicks,
It’s long weekend Friday (and our Country’s Bday – woot woot!) and we know what that means…lots of bbq, beer and who would have thought, BURPEES! Even though you may be on the road this weekend, we still want you to take the FIT CHICKS weekend challenge with you (and even get your peeps involved!)
This challenge combos cardio, upper body and core work. It is fast and fierce – just how we like it:)
FIT CHICKS “HAPPY CANADA DAY” WEEKEND CHALLENGE
The challenge is simple. Here is how how you do it:
1. Watch the videos below of 2 of our FIT CHICKS fave exercises in video
2. Find a space indoors or out and find your inner fierceness.
3. Complete the following:
- 10 burpees with tucks
- 20 tornado tummy circles (10 per side)
- 10 burpees with standard mountain climbers
- 20 tornado tummy circles (10 per side)
- 10 burpees with leaping moutain climbers
- 20 tornado tummy circles (10 per side)
4. Take 60 sec break and repeat twice. If you need a break during, please take it and sit back in childs pose or laying on back, hug your knees into chest (but you have to come back to it!).
5. Do this each day over the weekend (ie Friday, Sat and Sunday). Remember this is a challenge so try to push yourself!
