Happy Friday!

We have flown the Coop this Friday as we are in Ottawa sweating up a storm with our friends on A-Morning Ottawa and introducing our Ottawa peeps to our new FIT CHICKS Gear with a little fashion show 🙂  That said, we did not want you to think we forgot about you and a full post and vids are coming tomorrow!
