We love our FIT CHICK Family and wanted to share with you a little more about our team of fierce femmes, their favorite workouts & tips and how they began to follow their passion of spreading health and wellness. This week, meet Lisa B from our Downtown Toronto Bootcamp!
FC – What made you want to become a Personal Trainer and Boot Camp Instructor with FIT CHICKS?
I had been looking for that perfect job in fitness and saw a posting for FIT CHICKS on canfitpro’s website. I then met our Chief Chick Jackie Summer, checked out a class, and the rest is history!
FC – Which location do you teach bootcamp?
Downtown Toronto at the College St and UniversityAve location – Orde Street to be exact!
FC – What are your top 3 cardio and / or strength exercises to help women tighten and tone their trouble spots?
Drills, Drills, Drills! I love killer cardio with weights to burn calories and fat!
FC – What’s your favorite healthy post-workout snack after a kick butt workout?
Lately I’m loving coconut water mixed in a chocolate flavoured protein shake!

FC – Other than being a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, what would you like Chicks to know about you?
