Day 2 – Ditch the Desserts

Hey Chicks!

As a self proclaimed sugar addict, I know it is hard to get out of the mindest that you NEED something sweet after every meal. fruit-cup-lg

But this is a small change that is going to have a big impact if you battle to control your weight. I have been experimenting with different sugar craving quenchers for years and found a few little snacks that have helped curb the sweet tooth without slapping extra calories on my thighs including:

– Baked apples with cinnamon (low cal, packed with fibre and delish!)

– Avocado Chocolate Pudding – my chicklets LOVE this! (but it’s still a tad higher in calories, so only for an occasional treat!)

Healthy Hot Choccie

-Flavored herbal teas or fresh fruit
