What Do You Want to Talk About?

Hey Chicks,

I have been a bad delinquent Head Chick. šŸ™

With our website redesign, new High Intensity Hottie workout video, Boot camp classes starting and the holidays, my blogging has fallen by the wayside. But I am back to attack and I feel like I have so many things to share with you that I don’t even know where to start!

So I need your help – what do you want to read about?
Here are some things I am loving right now so let me know what you want to expand on:

High Intensity Intervals (can you say tabatas?!)
Attempting to dye my hair lighter in the “ombre style”…afterĀ two -8 hourĀ sessions at the salon, I am beginning to think my hair is dye proof.
Heart rate monitors. Do you know how many calories you burn in a workout?
Pedometers. Always my old fave and don’t forget we have the Pedometer Challenge on April 3rd so make sure to sign up.
Eggs. I can’t get enough and I have now perfected one mean omelet šŸ™‚
My twin nieces. They are now permanently in Ottawa so they will be appearing in my posts more than ever.

Jayme and Delaney. I have never seen kids eat as many veggies as these 2!

After coming back from the Biggest Loser Ranch in November, I just feel so reinspired as a trainer again and about our mission with FIT CHICKS to get chicks fit (and love working out at the same time:).Ā  We have so many exciting things coming in 2011 – from our chickĀ challenges to workshops – it is going to be an amazing year and I am super pumped to share it with y’all!
