Itty Bitty Baby Steps

You don’t need to be perfect and implement every single Chick Tip right off the bat in order to be fit and healthy.

Signing up for GI Jane Bootcamp is a great first step. You will be exercising regularly and have support from other Chicks who are embarking on a new lifestyle as well.

But you should know that nutrition is about 80% of the equation when it comes to seeing fabulous weight and inch loss results. Still, that’s no reason to give up everything you love and become a raw vegan!

Start small. Set realistic achievable goals for each week (or even every day). Like giving up pop, or eating a vegetable with every meal.

Results might not come as quick as you would like, but remember these are LIFESTYLE changes. If you even change one small thing each week, next year at this time you will have made 52 positive changes into your life!

Think back to last October, doesn’t seem like a year has passed, does it? And you probably still have weight to lose (just like you did last October). A year goes by so quickly. So start with baby steps towards health and fitness. Don’t think about being on or off a diet. If you slip up, forgive yourself and move on and work towards achieving your goals. And by next October, you will be a new Chick, inside and out!
