Hey Chicks,
It’s been a few weeks, but we had an AMAZING time at the FIT CHICKS retreat this past June in Grand Bend, Ontario. The retreats are one of our fave times of year where we get to spend a whole weekend spreading the healthy love with women of all ages. From our nutrition workshops, fitness classes, outdoor activities, and Saturday 80s night theme party, this is a jam packed weekend of health, wellness, and FUN!

Our retreats are for all levels of fitness, we provide levels & modifications for ALL classes & activities so all chicks can sweat up a storm! This retreat is perfect moms & daughters, BFF’S, sisters, co workers and neighbours to spend some healthy quality time or for chicks flying solo (we can even find you a roomie:) to meet other fab peeps who share the healthy love!
You will laugh, you will learn. You will sweat, you will burn (in a good way!). But most importantly, you will leave feeling re-energized, motivated and inspired with the tools to live a healthy lifestyle.
Our next retreat is fast approaching at Oakwood resort from October 19-21st 2018. It’s the perfect way to treat yourself after a busy summer!
