THE BUNS & GUNS WORKOUT
1. Leg Sweepers w bicep holds
2. Statue of Liberty..hammer style
3. Concentrated Squat & Curls
4. Side lunge with a booty kick
5. Leg taps with standing side curls
* Chicks, don’t be afraid of heavier weights! The last rep should be a bit of struggle. If not, go a little heavier.
Do each exercise for 1 min each and repeat 2x (total of 2 rounds each side). For a total body workout, add 20 min of cardio following.
