WHAT IS FIT CHICKS TV?
Livin la Vida FIT CHICK is based on 4 healthy principles: fitness, nutrition, wellness & spreading the healthy love. To make sure our chicks are getting the most info & inspiration to live every area to the fullest, we will now be airing weekly episodes of FC TV.
Topics will include healthy tips, tricks, recipe demos, at home workouts, dealing with injuries, energy work, meditation (even how to properly wash your workout clothes!).
In episode 1, Head Chick Amanda is taking you through her “Top 5 Lower Body Burn” Workout to focus on those hard to shape areas while blasting a ton of calories!
Get glamorous gams with this 5 exercise booty & lower body workout – no weights neededt!
1. Incline squats with side leg raise
2. Incline lunges
3. Jump squats
4. Walking lunge kicks
5. Scissor jump squats
Complete each exercise consecutively for 15 reps each. Repeat 3 times.
Follow with 20 – 30 min of cardio of choice for a fierce fat blaster!
