Hey Chicks!
OMG can you believe it? Today is the big day I know y’all have been waiting for! It is the first day of the Living La Vida FIT CHICK Challenge and I have to say I am PUMPED!!!

This week’s Livin La Vida FIT CHICK healthy principle starts off with one of my favorites (and possibly the easiest principal for me) which is to Move Everyday for 30 to 60 minutes.
For me this one is a cinch because if I do not move daily with either Bootcamp, HIIT Circuit training, go for a jog or a skate or hit up a sweaty yoga class, I feel super bizarre and not in a good way! My body and mind have come to know exercise and movement as my daily meditation / ritual so I am now at the point that I need it every day.
Now, don’t get me wrong this was not always the case. When I was younger, exercise or even any type of moving other than to the couch from the kitchen table was tough but I have overcome this and created this daily practice with well, practice.
So chicks even if this week’s principal is a bit of a struggle for you, know that it gets easier, it becomes more fun and I swear you will learn to love it you just need to do it and stick with it!
