Hey Chicks,
So it is hump day again of a busy week and I just wanted to share a little update on our fierce upcoming TV Series “Shape Up with FIT CHICKS” – woot woot!
Yesterday, Amanda and I headed to the Rogers TV Toronto studio for a few things to get ready for the launch. First, we did a photo shoot with the amazing Tim which consisted of head shots and shots of us together.
Well, Amanda and I have about a 6-7 inch height difference (I’m the amazon and she is the mini:) so they always try to find ways to make us look the same height. Yesterday it consisted of Amanda having to stand on a box (which she almost fell off of!) and me stepping into a DEEP lunge (i think I pulled my groin!) which then made the shoot pause as we both laughed our butts off..all in a days work!
Then, we met with the super awesome Ryan to shoot some promo spots / commercials to give a little more insight into what livin la vida FIT CHICK really is (and it is not just working out peeps!).
And then finally we got to see a sneak peek of our first episode…FIT CHICKS Bootcamp – Tabatas! My stomach was in knots as I had no idea what to expect from the finished product (and I am super self critical!) but all I have to say is IT ROCKS! The workout is fierce, the chick tips are awesome and you even get a little FIT CHICK Trivia included (I am trivia obsessed after our experience on Cash Cab:). I do wish my hair looked a little better (should have done that darn deep conditioning treatment!) but what can you do!
