Hey Chicks!
Have you ever had one of those days when really do not feel like getting out of bed let alone going to workout?! Come on I know we ALL have those days which is why it is so uber important to find yourself something that makes you accountable and motivated to make things happen!
Like in life if you don’t get up for work, you get fired so there is accountability.
Ignore your kids while they are hungry you might end up walking into a kitchen that looks like a tornado ran through it, so then again making you accountable.
For working out though sometimes it is tough to figure out how to be more accountable.
Here are my top three ways to make sure you are motivated and accountable for your sweat sessions
1. Schedule your sessions with a fellow chick or rooster.
It has been proven that if you plan your workouts with someone else you stick to it longer, you push yourself harder in the sessions (a little friendly competition maybe?) and you can’t bail as easily. Make sure though you choose a peep that have the same motivations as you and is not going to be the one bailing out on you!
2. Choose a FABULOUS program
Like the FIT CHICKS Bootcamp program that keeps you accountable and motivated. With our program if you don’t show up to class, we not only know but we also make sure you are aware we noticed by calling or emailing you to ask where you were. Our program also helps to keep the motivation pumping because it is super fun and we challenge you every class by changing it up all the time so you never know what you are going to get!
3. Have a MASTER PLAN!
Schedule them into your planner, set up your PVR to tape our new “Shape up With FIT CHICKS” show on Rogers TV so you don’t miss a daily workout, schedule them around the kids and meal time. Do whatever you need to do to make sure you fit them in but always stick to the plan.
You deserve to feel better, so make sure you stick to the plan and stay motivated one day at a time. Sticking to your routine is one thing in life you will never look back and regret. Like you will never finish a workout and say to yourself, “I wish I didn’t do that” lol so let’s just stick to the plan and do this chicks!
