FITNESS FRIDAY – Burpees and push ups video demo

Hey chicks!

It’s ‘Fitness Friday’ and countdown to our outdoor bootcamps starting on June 4th – woot woot!

This move is the ultimate because it combines two of my all time favorite moves into one little package of fun – The Burpee and the Push Up.

By combining both of these moves you are getting an intense cardio workout as well as a crazy upper body burn.  Plus Laura (your other Head Chick) shows you 3 different push up variations to switch it up. Variety is the spice of life, chicks!

Try adding in 50 of these each day over this weekend for fun. No, you do not have to do all 50 in a row but try it, you might like it;)
