Here at the coop we are all about multiple muscles working to get you the most bang for your buck with your workouts!
The Flying Wing (aka Military) Press is one of my all-time favorite arm exercises to lean out your shoulders, triceps and back all in one shot. Plus it helps combat “the wing” that can develop unless we keep using those fierce arm muscles!
Super important chicks to not swing your arms while doing this move, think muscle not momentum!
Try adding these presses into your regular workout routine for 1 minute intervals and watch your upper body lean out and tone up in no time.
