Hey Chicks!
If y’all are looking for something to do on this Friday night, come check out the Mingling Mommas event at the Ajax Convention Centre.  I will be hanging there along with Violet our Chick Sergeant from Oshawa showing these mamas what it means to really get your sweat on. This event is Friday, September 23rd (yes tonight) and is from 6-10PM.

So come out to Ajax, say hi and make sure to get signed up at the show if you haven’t already registered for the October 8 week session! Tomorrow is your last chance for the $50 early special!!

Also if you are in Ottawa don’t forget to stop by the FIT CHICKS booth at the Ottawa Fall Women’s show where Head Chick Laura and our fierce team will be all day Saturday and Sunday spreading the FIT CHICKS love!
