Exciting news – today Amanda and I were featured on a super amazing website –  She Does The City (check it out for all things fabulous for women!) We were asked to share the FIT CHICKS story and our tips for success. Both personally and professionally.

FIT CHICKS is not only about improving your health and fitness on the outside but your insides too…in all aspects of your life.  So I thought what a better way to celebrate Wellness Wednesday than to share them with you!

AMANDA’S TOP 5 TIPS FOR SUCCESS

 

• Live with passion – for yourself and everyone around you
• Get at least 5 hugs a day – I was told people who get 5 hugs a day tend to be the happiest people
• Don’t start something unless you plan to finish it – always try to be realistic with yourself and your goals
• Exercise and eat right it not only helps your outsides but can really change your insides too
• Work hard but also play hard – remember work or a job title is not what defines you as a person
