Every couple of weeks we will be introducing our fab FIT CHICKS bootcamp instructors from Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver. This week our featured Chick Sergeant is the fabulous Liz from our Mississauga/Oakville location.
FC – What made you want to become a Personal Trainer and Boot Camp Instructor with FIT CHICKS?
LS – I became a personal trainer because I have a passion for health and wellness. When you pair that together with empowering women to become better and stronger, then I rise to the challenge and encourage each and every CHICK to become a better and stronger version of who they already are.
FC – Which location do you teach?
LS – I teach at the Mississauga/Oakville location.
FC – What are your top 3 cardio and / or strength exercises to help women tighten and tone their trouble spots?
LS – Top 3 Cardio
- Jumping Jacks (Chick Jacks)

- Chick Runs (aka suicides!)

FC – Other than being a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, what would you like Chicks to know about you?
LS – I love to run and just have fun. I have a loving family and 2 kids and they are the joy of my life. Enjoying life no matter what the obstacle is key to my success and happiness.
