Hey Chicks!
Happy Wednesday – I hope you are all having a fab week so far!
The week is in full swing and I am still zonked from this past weekend at the National Womens Show in Ottawa. Our head team divided and conquered with Amanda leading the 5km / 10km training walk for the Weekend to End Women Cancers in Toronto, Jackie (our Chief Chick Sergeant) took on our chicks in the west at the Calgary National Women Show and I headed to Ottawa to hang with our awesome Ottawa boot camp fitness instructors (aka Chick Sergeants:) and meet alot of new chicks to help get fit in our Nations Capital. We even had one of our chicks Pam from our Kitchener Boot Camp swing by especially to say hi and meet some more of the FIT CHICKS family (so awesome to meet you Pam!!)
I know I have been very deliquent the last couple of months with my blogging (sorry!) but that is all in the past now. From this day forward, I will be blogging every Wednesday (along with Sarah on Mama Chick Monday and Amanda on Fab Friday)
I’ll be chatting about every topic under the health, nutrition and fitness sun like healthy weight loss, awesome exercises for women, nutrition tips and much more.
