We are getting some fresh new regular features on the blog that you can look forward to on a weekly basis. The first being Mama Chick Mondays! Every week I’ll be blogging about eating healthy and exercising from a busy mom’s point of view.
And who am I?
I’m Sarah, a Chick Sergeant (at the Ottawa Hunt Club location), a behind-the-scenes FIT CHICK and a mom of almost 4 year old twins. I maintain a healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly and my kids always eat their 5 (minimum) fruits and veggies a day, and actually enjoy it!
