FIT CHICKS St. Patrick's Day Tips - Green Smoothie

1 shot chartreuse
2 tbsp sparkling water
1 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1/2 small lime)
4-5 ice cubes
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes and shake. Pour into a martini glass and serve immediately.

Green Smoothie

2 cups of green kale
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks1 mango
1 banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt – if you are a vegan you could use some coconut milk, or skip this altogether
a few ice cubes
water (depending on how thick you like your smoothie!)
Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Green Sandwich

2 slices of whole-grain bread
1 tbsp pesto (we love kale and oregano!)
Handful of pea sprouts
1/2 avocado
5 slices of cucumber (or however many fit!)
Handful of spinach
Combine ingredients onto your sandwich and start munching!
