Hope you’re having a fab week so far!

We wanted to fill you in on the AMAZING time we had last weekend at our first ever FIT CHICKS Sexy Chick Burlesque Workshop in Toronto! Chick Sergeant Jamie (who also used to be a Vegas Showgirl!) led us and other chicks in a 2 hour Burlesque-inspired lesson. Not only did she teach us an interactive 1940’S number to an original burlesque track, but we now know all the tricks to being a saucy chick!

There were lots of laughs but as everyone got more comfortable, we started to channel that inner showgirl. We strutted, shimmied, and worked those boas like nobody’s business.

Not only was it incredible to meet new chicks and do a new kind of workout with them but there were treats too. There’s nothing like chocolate-covered strawberries to feed that inner sexy chick after sweating up a storm (and that we did!)
