Once again, we are excited to announce this month’s Chick of the Month. Audra has lost an amazing 8 pounds with FIT CHICKS this summer. Way to go Audra!!
FC – How long have you been attending GI JANE Bootcamp?
AP – Since July 5, 2010.
FC – What have your results been like? What were your top 3 goals when starting this program?
AP – I have noticed a big change in the way my clothes fit and my overall energy.
My Goals:
* Get in better shape
* Stick with a consistent workout plan
* Lose inches
FC – What is your fave exercise?
AP – I hate to admit it – but it’s the burpee! As painful as they are, I love how the next day you can feel exactly how many burpees you did the night before.
FC – Did you find the classes to be inviting and accessible?
AP – Yes! I have been all over the place with work and commitents lately, and there are so many locations to choose from. It was easy to attend a session at another FIT CHICKS location – no interruption in workout schedule needed!
FC – What is your definition of a FIT CHICK?
AP – My definition of a FIT CHICK would be someone who enjoys a workout amongst a group of fabulous women on a weekly basis – and has a blast while getting in shape!
