A Head Chick’s 5 Goals

Weekend is coming to an end again and it was a great one filled with dancing, friends and Bdays!  One of my most beautiful, amazing and oldest friends, Mel G, came into town for a visit (we have been friends for 19 years!) and to celebrate Stephanie, our fab FC Extraordinaire, turning the big 2-6!

As always we laughed and danced our butts off and celebrated in true chick style..even though I indulged in a little too much bad food and my tummy was not feeling too hot today 🙁
 
So now with a new week starting and am feeling a little yucky and bloated, I thought I would set myself five little healthy goals this week to get me back on track.
 
LAURA’S 5 GOALS THIS WEEK
 
1. Attend 2 Bikram Yoga Classes in addition to my cardio / weight routine
2. Drink 1 green smoothie everyday (at least 2 cups of greens ie. spinach, kale, swiss chard in each)
3. Walk a min of 10k steps on my pedometer daily
4. Get my legs waxed! (Sounds terrible but I have been putting it off forever and it makes me feel good when I don’t feel like I have an extra layer of clothing/ fur on!)
5. Make the Stuffed Peppers with Quinoa that I have had on my ” Delicious, Healthy East Must Try Recipe” List. 
Setting little weekly goals works really well because they are not super daunting and feel achievable.  Try it, chicks – It is an easy way to stay on track!
