HAPPY FRIDAY, CHICKS!

Exciting News – Amanda and I are in Ottawa hanging with our peeps from ACHANNEL OTTAWA ..woot woot!

 We love coming to Ottawa as it is not only where we both grew up so it is great to catch up with fam and friends but the peeps at ACHANNEL are super fun (this is our 3rd time on the show) and we always have a blast with them!)

We headed in on Friday morn to take the hosts through some sweet partner moves and talking about why working out with other peeps get you the best results. Plus, we got to workout with Bill Welchkya (for all our music fan chicks he was a VJ on MuchMusic and MuchMoreMusic all as I was growing up!). He was hilarious!

Also for my our Ottawa chicks, don’t forget we now have 5 GI JANE Bootcamp locations around the city including Glebe, Stittsville, Orleans, Kanata and Westboro!

Now, I am off to go for a powerwalk / gossip with my mom and then off to buy a pressie for one of my best friend’s baby shower on Sunday. Busy day!
