Hey Chicks!!
Hope you are all having a fabulous weekend!
So here I am coming to the end of my Chick Challenge. I know I haven’t given it 100% (I did have pizza and DQ last night!), and I am a little disappointed in myself. Living a healthy lifestyle is hard when the world is not set up for it. Plus I have had a lot of stress and other crap to deal with this month, so this challenge hasn’t had my full attention. I feel a bit tighter and lighter – but the scale hasn’t dropped (which isn’t surprising considering the amount of food this Chick can consume!)
But I am still focused on this healthy lifestyle and am on the quest to lose fat and build muscle (aren’t we all…lol)
SO….I am setting some ambitious goals for the next 4 weeks and am going to be a little tougher on myself because I want to see some real results.
Goals:
To lose 5 pounds (I won’t tell you how much I weigh though!)
To eat 10 servings of produce a day (mostly veggies)
To walk 10000 steps a day (easy on work days – really hard on day’s off)
To stop eating at 8 pm
To go to bed by 11 pm and get a full 8 hours a night
To blog each and every day!
I’m moving this week, so my new house will have much more room in the kitchen for me to do some fun video blogs and take more pics!
