Hey Chicks!!

Let’s see how I did on my goals for the day:

10 servings of produce? Sorry, nowhere near. This is because I didn’t plan my day. You know what they say – fail to plan, plan to fail!

I think I got 3 servings in. Miserable.

Bed by 11? Tomorrow is my day off, so I am staying up a little later to watch 24…lol

Stop eating by 8? Close. Today I had a late dinner, but nothing after din.

Blogging today? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Here are my eats for today.

brekkie – pecans and smoked oysters (weird, i know, but I find it yummy and I was rushed!)

snack – 2 hard boiled eggs

lunch – omelet and salad (at work)

snack – a few strawberries, something else that I can’t for the life of me remember!

dinner – miso soup, stir fry with kale, peppers, portabellos and organic chicken sausage

lotsa water too!

Number of steps? I’ll go check my pedometer and update soon!

Planning for veggies and fruits with each meal tomorrow.
