Hey Chicks!!
Let’s face it – a dressing makes a salad. Who wants to chow down on dry salad greens? It can be hard though to find a low fat, low cal dressing that’s not full of unpronouncable ingredients and artificial sweeteners.
I just created this dressing the other day since I was trying to use up some blueberries in my fridge. It was so yummy, and would work great with raspberries or mangoes too!
Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
Put ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth (or if you like it a little chunkier, reduce the blending time!)
Store extra dressing in a container in the fridge for a few days.
Easy, delish and super healthy!
