As many of you know, FIT CHICKS was at the National Women’s Show in Toronto this past October to get the word out about our fabulous boot camps! We had the chance meet over 38 thousand Chicks and our Fabulous Fit Chick Jamie got the crowd sweating with a fantastic demo! We had a great weekend and can’t wait to do it again next year.
