December Chick of the Month

Hey Chicks!!

We are super proud of our Chick of the Month, Jina Kim who has achieved fab fitness results with GI Jane Bootcamp! Check out our interview with her:

FC – How long have you been attending G.I. Jane Bootcamp?

JK – Since April 2009

FC – What have your results been like so far?

JK – Since I’ve started the program, I’ve lost 23 pounds and a total of 19.5 inches! I still have a ways to go, but I feel positive and very encouraged.

FC – What were your top 3 goals when joining this GI Jane Bootcamp?

JK – Lose inches, reduce body fat and gain muscle and create healthier habits. i am achieving all of these goals and am continuing to make fitness part of my everyday life. It’s not an easy process but it’s one that is very rewarding.

FC – What is your favorite exercise?

JK – I have a love/hate relationship with cardio. I don’t love it while i am doing it, but it feels great once accomplished and the results are obvious. I also love the circuit training and strength training.

FC  – Did you find class to be inviting and accessible?

JK – Absolutely! Amanda has a great philosophy for teaching and pays attention to all the different levels so everyone feels included. She pushes harder with those who can and gently encourages those who need it without making anyone feel inferior. Overall the classes are inclusive, inspiring and encouraging!

FC – What is your definition of a FIT CHICK?

JK – A self-aware gal who tries to achieve a healthy balance in life. Someone who challenges themselves a little more each day in everything they do while staying sane and having fun!
