Day 21 – Be Consistent

Hey Chicks!

We have made it through to Day 21! Yay! (although it took me a little longer than 21 days with my busy schedule!)I hope you all enjoyed the daily tips and have begun incorporating some, or all of them into your lifestyle.

The last tip has to do with being consistent. Nothing is going to give you results if you just do it for a day or two. You will fall off the wagon, but when you do you need to get back up and back on track right away. You may THINK that you are eating healthy, but a couple of great days followed by a weekend binge-fest is not going to get you the results. So keep at it, keep working out and following the healthy habits and your results will come!
