Hey Chicks!

In case you were wondering who is behind all of these fabulous blog posts, it’s me….Sis! It was great to meet a few of you at Bootcamp last week when I was visiting Toronto (and my sis, Laura, who is also the founder of FIT CHICKS!).

I live out in Cowtown, AB and write for FIT CHICKS  in between my full time job and taking care of my two year old twins. If you Chicks have any ideas for the blog or questions you need answered PLEASE comment and I will get back to you asap. I’m a huge food and nutrition nut and love to get info out to you all!

I’m super excited about the next 21 days on the blog. We are going to be talking about 21 SMALL changes you can make in your lifestyle that will lead to BIG results in your health and weight. I’m going to be doing a combo of written posts and some short video posts, as well as daily tweets!
