Hey Chicks!
Yesterday I talked about planning meals, but snacks are just as important. I take food with me wherever I go, for me and the Chicklets, cuz you never know how long you will be away and when hunger will strike! You don’t want to end up starving and standing in line at Timmy Ho’s for a coffee and a muffin.
I usually don’t pack anything fancy, just grab and go whole natural foods, like:
fruits
raw nuts
dried fruits
larabars (one of the only bars on the market that are totally natural with no unpronouncable ingredients!)
raw veggies
plain yogurt
green smoothies
So make sure to fill up your purse with tasty, healthy eats next time you are heading out!
