Hey Chicks!

We can hardly believe that FIT CHICKS is already celebrating its 1st anniversary – how time flies when you are having fun! ” alt=”Birthday Cake” />

We launched our first G.I. JANE Bootcamp in Sept 2008 with 6 chicks at the Forest Hill location. Next thing ya know, the FIT CHICK love started spreading and within a year, we have sweated up a storm with over 1000 chicks and grown to 10 locations across the GTA and Halifax!! And we don’t plan to stop there!

With our fab new team of FIT CHICKS Extraordinaire, we are coming to kick some chick butt in Scarborough, Ottawa & Kingston in upcoming months – stay tuned!

Thank you to all Chicks who have participated in our GI JANE Bootcamps, G.I. JANE meets Gandhi or Yoga in the Park – we couldn’t have done it without you and your support!

Here is to another FABULOUS year of helping women find their inner FIT CHICK. Remember, health is more than a hot bod (but a tight butt never hurt anyone).
